1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pik4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pik4d platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the website, or uses our services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a user to access pik4d services, including deposits, withdrawals, and betting activities.
• "Services" refers to all gambling, betting, gaming, and related services provided by pik4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Funds" refers to all money deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from a user's account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. Eligibility

To use pik4d services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing our services from within Indonesian territory. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use pik4d.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under legal guardianship or subject to gambling restrictions are not eligible.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with pik4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
5. Identity Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We may request identity verification documents (KTP, proof of address) before processing withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account with pik4d, you agree to the following:

• Provide truthful and accurate information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Choose a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept that pik4d reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or misuse of services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pik4d accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Off-peak or weekend deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.

You agree that all deposited funds are your own and have not been obtained through illegal means. pik4d reserves the right to request proof of source of funds and to reject deposits that do not meet our compliance standards.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during banking hours, subject to completion of identity verification (KYP/KTP verification). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before requesting a withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation or to delay withdrawal processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of terms.

pik4d may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• pik4d reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements, or using automated betting systems, may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

When placing bets or playing games on pik4d, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• In the event of an error in odds, betting lines, or game outcomes, pik4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, user status, and promotional conditions.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-game events or technical issues. Bets placed during suspension periods may be voided.
• All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and are not influenced by pik4d or any third party.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as published by the governing sports body. In cases of dispute, the decision of pik4d is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

pik4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and provide the following tools to help manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Time-Out Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of six months if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, chargeback abuse, or money laundering.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through exploitation of terms or system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using pik4d services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pik4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of pik4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pik4d and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use pik4d services.
• Errors, interruptions, or technical failures affecting the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information.
• Loss of funds due to third-party payment processor delays or failures.
• Any dispute arising from game outcomes, betting results, or bonus terms.

You agree to use pik4d services at your own risk and acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and pik4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against pik4d.

12. Amendments to Terms

pik4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pik4d is licensed. Where conflicts arise between local Indonesian law and international gaming law, the latter shall prevail to the extent permitted.
